Return Authorization

We would like to inform you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

HOW TO DO IT
 

If you created an account before making a purchase:

1. Log in using your credentials

2. Select the order you wish to return from the "Orders" section and click "Return Items"

3. Once the process is complete, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions

 

If you made a purchase as a "guest":

 

1. Create an account using the same email address you used to place your order

2. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the creation of your account

3. Enter the credentials you chose to log in

4. Select the order you wish to return from the "Orders" section and click "Return Items"

5. Once the process is complete, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions
